High nutritional quality
This nutritional quality is the result of a work done with nutritionists. We have aimed for high-quality meat with a polyunsaturated fatty acid profile that has a balanced ratio of one omega 3 for four omega 6. With our high-quality meat, we aim at directly tackling cardiovascular and obesity diseases. We make this promise to you. The improvement of human nutrition in order to prevent diseases of our civilization is our founding promise. This is why in 2010 we joined the Bleu-Blanc-Coeur program that aims to improve the quality of lipids in food. The principle of this initiative is based on the consumption of plants naturally rich in omega 3 (grass, flax, alfalfa, lupine, and fava bean) by farm animals. The improvement of the nutritional quality is measured in final products such as eggs, meat, dairy products, and cold meats. There is a large scientific consensus for the Bleu-Blanc-Coeur program.
